You can buy good advertising software and still be the person chasing creatives, checking tracking and deciding what happens next. You can also hire a capable agency and still need someone inside the business to explain stock shortages and changing purchase costs.
Choose the work you want handled before choosing agency or software. HyperAds is a strong option when product cost, stock and cross-channel advertising decisions need to come together. Tradexa's annual professional setup and optional monthly advertising services make the ownership question more useful than “people or tools”.
Separate four different jobs
Decide what the business should promote
Someone must understand the product range, contribution, available stock and commercial objective. HyperAds supports product-level performance and profitability-linked advertising decisions, with recommendations for products, budgets, keywords, bids and campaign priorities across supported channels.
A good agency can contribute market judgment, strategy and creative thinking. Software capability does not prove those people add no value. Conversely, an agency cannot reliably use stock or cost information it has not received.
Create the message and destination
Creative, product information, landing pages and a working checkout affect the campaign's usefulness. Name who produces them and who approves the claims, brand permissions and offers. Do not assume every software or management quote includes unlimited creative production or a complete website redesign.
Get accounts and measurement working
Accounts, feeds, pixels, conversion tracking and analytics need an accountable setup owner. Google also publishes third-party advertising policies, including transparency requirements for third-party management. Ask how media costs, management charges, reporting and account access will be handled in the proposed relationship.
Run and review the campaigns
Recurring work includes reviewing performance, acting on recommendations, checking stock/cost changes and deciding what to test. HyperAds supports both recommendations and configured automatic actions, including time- and performance-based bid optimisation and rule-based optimisation. The controls differ by channel; automatic actions do not mean every commercial decision disappears.
What the yearly Tradexa subscription changes
With a yearly subscription, Tradexa's professional team handles onboarding and the agreed setup for the subscribed products: relevant Meta, Google and Amazon Ads accounts, Google Shopping, Meta catalog, Meta pixels, Google conversion tracking, analytics and initial ads. Free training for you and your team is included. Post-sales support follows the selected plan and pre-sales agreement.
That means you can start with a setup team for the covered work rather than asking the owner to coordinate separate account, feed and tracking specialists. It does not mean ongoing campaign management or media spend is automatically free.
If you want recurring advertising work handled, Tradexa offers advertising management and account reviews through a separate monthly services subscription. Catalog, webstore and order-processing services can also be included in an agreed monthly scope when relevant. This gives a merchant a choice between running the supported tools with its own team and subscribing to professional help for recurring tasks.
Compare the complete monthly operating cost
Suppose three proposals for the same agreed campaign work have these illustrative charges, excluding taxes:
- Agency route: ₹20,000 management fee, plus ₹5,000 for a separately required reporting/operations tool: ₹25,000 monthly before media.
- Software with your team: ₹8,000 software plus 20 hours of internal work valued at ₹600 per hour: ₹20,000 monthly before media.
- Software with a managed service: ₹8,000 software plus ₹14,000 agreed monthly management: ₹22,000 monthly before media.
These are invented inputs for comparing scope, not vendor prices or a Tradexa quotation. Internal hours are an economic cost, not necessarily new cash spending. Creative production, additional website work and any other excluded tasks must be added consistently. Hold media spend outside these totals, then add the same proposed media budget to each route.
The middle option has the lowest total in this example, but it also needs an existing team to perform the work. The managed option can be worth the difference if it takes on the tasks the owner needs covered. The agency may be the right choice if its strategy or creative capability meets a requirement the other proposals do not. The cheapest incomplete quote is not the most useful comparison.
Where HyperAds and services fit strongly
A merchant advertising across Amazon, Google, Meta and Flipkart can evaluate product-level ROAS, POAS, MER, purchase cost and cross-channel sales alongside supported recommendations and actions. That context matters when an attractive platform result hides weak contribution or limited stock.
HyperAds can be used standalone. Branch-stock local-inventory advertising depends on the relevant HyperInventory setup. A wider sales view does not establish perfect attribution or causal incrementality.
The strong fit is the merchant who wants that product context and a professional route to setup, with optional ongoing management instead of building another specialist team for the covered work. Keep an effective existing agency where it meets the need; it may also work with appropriate software. Read the separate HyperAds versus native-console comparison for the software capability decision.
Write a campaign responsibility agreement
- Business input: who supplies stock, purchase cost, product priorities and budget approval?
- Creative and destination: who writes, designs, updates the website and approves claims? State deliverables and exclusions.
- Initial setup: who owns accounts, feeds, tracking, analytics and the first campaigns? Record what is included annually.
- Recurring action: who reviews performance and handles each supported action? Record automatic rules and human decisions.
- Reporting: who reconciles platform claims with completed orders, cancellations and returns? State metric definitions and review frequency.
- Commercial terms: separate media, software, management and other charges; record plan-based support and handover/account-access arrangements.
Choose the arrangement that gives each necessary job a capable owner. For a business that needs both product-aware advertising software and help getting it into use, HyperAds with the relevant Tradexa setup and service scope deserves an early discussion.
